Yep. Our Club now has a namesake, sorta. We'll pick up lunch at Fairway's and bring it to the 5BBC(Five Borough Brewing Company) tap room. But, we're getting ahead of ourselves. We're going to enjoy some local Brooklyn history first. We'll meet at a place that is easily accessible by mass transit places to grab a breakfast before the ride. Next, we'll visit where Abe Lincoln stumped for Brooklyn votes. Visit a memorial to Revolutionary POW's. A former Naval cemetery now the Naval Cemetery Landscape. We'll enjoy the views of the New York harbor. Stop at Fairway's to PICK UP lunch and bring it to the Five Borough Brewing Company's Tap Room(now outside to conform with Covid19 rules). They don't serve food and welcome food take in. Just, clean up after yourself. The variety of beers is wide and deep. If you don't wish to ride afterwards, there's the nearby R train. Otherwise we can take folks back to the start. JUST A NOTE THE RIDE ENDS AT THE BREWERY.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: A reminder that you must register for the ride and that the exact start location will be forwarded to the registered riders.  Please 'unregister' if you can not make the ride so waited list folks can move up and take the slot.  All riders should come equipped with a mask, hand sanitizer/wipes, a spare tube, sunscreen, snacks and a bike in good condition, as well as being familiar with the current criteria for riding with the Club.

the food stop is a awesome BBQ spot  food for the soul so make sure you bring a bag to carry your food in. then its 3 more miles to the beer spot.
