Join us for a Queens 3 parks ride.  We start at Cunningham Park and ride the Kissena Corridor to Kissena Park where we might see the resident swan couple as well as the many colorful ducks congregating in the lake.  From here we take streets with bike lanes to Forest Park which we ride end to end.  Around midday, we buy takeout from https://www.bambinoridgewood.com/  Click the link to review the menu choices.  We eat at park benches directly opposite Bambino’s so your food will not get cold.  Park restroom is nearby.  This is the looparound point as we return to our start via Jewel Avenue.

This ride is rated Happy Face Plus with a distance of 20 miles and urban riding pace of 10 mph.  Half of the ride is park greenways; the other half is Queens streets with bike pathways or wider lanes.  The ‘Plus’ part is 750 feet of elevation---so there is some exertion involved.  This ride is covid restricted to 5 trippers.  Email details will be sent to the first 5 registrants. 

Important:  Please ‘unregister’ in a timely manner if you can no longer make the ride.  This will allow others on the waitlist to participate.  Please do not register if you do not intend to ride the complete route.  This action would deprive a fellow member the opportunity to ride the complete route.
