This is the third and final installment of Myles' and Mel's Ponds of Queens series.  This ride takes us around Willow Lake in Flushing Meadows Park.  We then head to Jamaica where we visit Goose Pond in Captain Tillly Park.  After riding through Jamaica Estates, we come to Potomagaten Pond.  Maybe there is a pond there, maybe there isn't.  But it's a cool place to check out in any event.  We then head north to the final pond in Crocheron Park.  This is a 30 mile ride with 1,000 feet of elevation, with a max grade of 6.4.  The start of the ride will be in Queens, with the exact location provided to those who register.  We are limiting this ride to 10 people.  As with all rides in this series, this will be a picnic ride - so it is important to pack a lunch.  

If for any reason you cannot do the ride after you register - please delist yourself so that another club member can have an opportunity to do this ride..

In addition to a picnic lunch, please make sure to bring the usual riding necessaries such as spare tubes, snacks if you tend to get hangry, face mask for stops, and with all club rides, a helmet is mandatory.  A good sense of adventure is also a solid plus.
