And one ally became our greatest enemy. Well, at least their government did. Then, after that government fell and after our nation was attacked on 9-11, a Russian artist made a moving sculpture of a tear suspended between two collapsing towers and presented it as a gift to us. An exceptional act. We will meet at City Hall, take the PATH to Journal Square where we will use our bikes to visit examples of our nation's progress. which includes the Russian gift.
