GWB to Rockland Lake Loop
Primary tabs

This is a 50 mile ride starting at the GWB, and heading up north to Rockland Lake State Park. On the way back, we will be stopping in Nyack, where there are about a dozen places to choose from for lunch. We will be keeping a 15-16mph average on the flats, and regrouping on top of the hills. There is around 2200 feet of climbing, spread out over the ride. If you have never ridden up in this area, you will love it!
