Some of the best views of New York are from Liberty State Park in Jersey City. This easy and slow-paced bicycle ride features camera-ready views of Lower Manhattan, Ellis Island, and the Statue of Liberty. We will also visit the Empty Sky Memorial for New Jersey victims of 9/11, the Liberation Holocaust memorial statue, Black Tom Island where there was a big bang in 1916, and the Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal where immigrants after leaving Ellis Island caught trains for America's heartland and new jobs, homes, and lives.
