Ride to Yes She Can and help young women with Autism Ride the BRP
Sunday, June 10, 2018 - 09:15

PLEASE REGISTER SO I KNOW YOU ARE COMING. WE ARE TRYING TO GET TO END POINT BY 10:30 LATEST SO IF WE COULD LEAVE AT 9AM THAT WOULD BE IDEAL.

For some reason, the web site has stopped allowing time change after ride creation....

This is a 12 mile ride if you take the train back from White Plains. 24 miles if you ride back (on your own or with others who choose to but will not be led back).

It will include the CLOSED-to-traffic Bronx River Parkway and end a few blocks south of the Metro North Train Station.

We will have a short ride back down the Bronx River Parkway with young women trainees with autism who are part of the Yes She Can Inc. non-profit program to develop job skills. Attendance at this portion is at your option but should be a lot of fun and rewarding as we repeat the two minute bike check for their benefit and guide them on a ride down and back the closed Bronx River Parkway.

Hope you can make it. As always, please register so we know you might be coming.
