Stamford via Greenwich
Primary tabs
A favorite ride with loads of scenic interest and a fair bit of climbing (3100 ft.). We will head out of Manhattan via the Randall's Island connector, make our way through the Bronx including a nice stretch along the Bronx River greenway then up into Westchester for some climbing and lunch before descending into Stamford for the express train back to the city.
Here's the route pioneered by our very own Steve V.

Be sure to bring the necessary tools and tubes and make sure your your bike is in good working order. Don't forget your bike permit for the train ride back.
Bring money for lunch, a light lock and your cheery disposition!
