Really wanted to do this but given the wunderground.com forecast of 89% chance of rain throughout the morning - am cancelling instead. Hopefully our other ride will go, you can go on your own, or you will volunteer and marshall at the Epic Ride if you want to ride rain or shine (see weekly e-mail for details).

3 Local Area Clubs are running a ride to mix and mingle. It's open to anyone and everyone so let's join and bring some of our business cards to hand out. We are the Friendliest club in NY and would love to have Westchester and New Jersey and even some NYCC speedsters consider our club too!

We will meet at the Eleanor Roosevelt statue at 72nd and Riverside and then ride up and over the bridge to Ross Dock Picnic area where their rides start. There are multiple levels, I plan to personally do the shortest one and we will follow their leaders from that point onward.

Hope a good number of you join and I will have cards for you to hand out to any new friends you make.
