BROOKLYN!  It started here (August 1776). So, why don’t we hear about it? ’Cause George and his men ran scared. Eventually, we regained our foothold and the British exited, (yes, the original “Brexit”).  It’s all here… the Old Stone House, The Maryland Memorial...Battle Pass in Prospect Park…The Prison Ships Martyr’s Monument… Bowling Green, and Fraunces Tavern. Join us on this “You Were There” Revolutionary War Ride.  Bring or wear whatever makes you feel like a “Free American.” (clothes required) Bring lock, and money for lunch (at an eatery sympathetic to our cause). Rain at start cancels.

Mileage:
Approximately 15
