Friday morning update:  It is clearly going to rain today.  Question is one of timing.  We are going forward with the ride, but will be changing and shortening the route, so that we will arrive at the location earlier.  After lunch based upon weather status and radar, we will either ride back or head to subways.  Please, please be on time, we want to leave Grand Army on time. UPDATE AS OF THURSDAY EVENING:  Well once again we are facing a potential weather issue  check back on Friday around 8:30/8:45 for a final update.  The rain isn't supposed to hit until afternoon.  We will continue to check forecasts and radar for updates.  Depending on status, we may just go forward with the ride, cancel the ride, go forward but cut miles, go forward and substitute a place in Brooklyn for ease of bail outs.  We will update you in the morning.  If we have to cancel or if we have to use a substitute, note that we will likely reschedule to the Filipino place on May 27th or June 3rd.  But let's hope tomorrow works  

This time we head back to Queens to try a Filipino place in Woodside that is new to all of us. Reviews are positive, but we will see how it fairs under 5BBC scrutiny. - UPDATE: Fritz and I have since scouted the ride, and the place, which is extremely tiny was absolutely amazing - this is a keeper. Please bring the usual, along with a lock, money for lunch and a fun inquisitive attitude. Also, please register if possible, so we have a sense of the number of attendees.
