Let's treat ourselves as we get into the rhythm of the new year and before we get very serious about our resolutions.  We will sleep a little later and then ride around southern Brooklyn getting rid of the last cobwebs from the start of the new year. We will pick up a light lunch along the way, perhaps merely a stop at Nino's.  But save room for the ride destination.  On the way back to Prospect Park we will stop at Villabate to experience their wonderful cookies and pastries (did someone mention the best fig cookies in the universe).  Bring a lock, a great attitude and money and extra bags to bring home the amazing Villabate sweets.
