Harbor Ring Ride
Primary tabs

Ride in support of the Harbor Ring--the proposed 45-mile waterfront bike path around Upper New York Harbor that centers on the yet-to-built Verrazano Narrows Bridge bike path. We'll start uptown and pick up riders at Columbus Circle (eta 9:30) and at Grand Army Plaza/Prospect Park (eta 11:00 a.m.) en route to a rally at noon where Brooklyn BP Eric Adams, and other elected and community leaders will call for construction of a Verrazano bike path. Then on to Brighton Beach for a picnic with food from the very awesome by-the-pound Russian Buffet! Ride ends at the subway in Brighton Beach with a possible unofficial ride back to uptown Manhattan in case of especially nice weather.
